4th Year Vocal Finals

FOR  YOUR PRACTICE:
1. Practice being able to sing ALL pitches from a tuning fork (4th year in choir).
EXAMPLE: If you're asked to sing an A# (or a B-flat, same thing): take the tuning fork pitch and sing "m-f" (or "t-d").
A#/B-flat:  m-f OR t-d
B/C-flat:  s-l (or d-r, etc.)
C:  l-d
C#/D-flat:  d-m
D:  s-d OR d-f
D#/E-flat:  d-s-se
E/F-flat:  d-s
F:  d-l OR m-d
F#/G-flat:  d-l
G:  l-s OR d-t-te
G#/A-flat:  d-t
3. When you’re ready to check it, call 661-270-NOTE.
  1. When the voicemail begins, state your name CLEARLY and SLOWLY.
  2. State which three notes you'll be singing (pick one set):
    1. C, F, and E-flat
    2. G, B-flat, and D#
  1. Each time, please sing the "A" from the tuning fork, then sing the note. This will help me assess your pitch easier. :-)
